How we work
The main direction of the department is a development for Android and IOS platforms, as well as the creation of cross-platform solutions based on the Flutter framework. When starting a new project, we always select the most modern stack which suits the project customer and our team. We use development methodologies and technologies that reduce defects from the beginning and quickly bring products to readiness, and we are constantly on the lookout for new methods.
What we do
We do not leave beginners face to face with tons of new information: we assign the personal mentor to each intern. He helps you get comfortable in the department, tells you what skills to improve, teaches you Jedi tricks and techniques, and you can more confidently take on complex projects. Do you want to become a mentor yourself? It's real! If you like it and you do well, in the future you can become a team leader or a head of the department.
Mutual learning and development is another feature of our department. Over the years of work, we have made almost all the mistakes, and we know how to and not to do it - and of course, we will share this knowledge with you! And also we:

Our Team
The Mobile department has 100+ people. Each developer knows growth points. How? We draw up a personal development matrix and help the employee move in the direction that he chooses. We built the work in the department in such a way that everyone will unfold. Our team has an equal number of Senior, Middle, Junior level specialists. Therefore, you will always have someone with whom you can discuss an interesting topic or get helpful advice.
We are active, enterprising, and cheerful: our team has branded avatars, their ideas and traditions for birthdays, and informal events for the department. We also run a Telegram channel, where we share our experience, helpful finds, memes about development.
